About the Space
Our Photography Studio Space is located in Northwest Albany, Georgia. . Our 2000 sq ft. space has a 20x12 ft fabric green screen great for video production , a black and white stripe wall , infinity wall and features a lobby area woth desk great for for meetings or consultations (Please note this listing is for Photo Shoot Productions- shoots booked outside of this time will be billed at our event rate) All photo shoots consisting of more than 15 guests may fall under event pricing.
Space offers: Makeup station, Infinity Wall (WHITE), Free parking ,Steamer, 2 Bluetooth Speakers, Posing table & chair Lobby/Lounge area with sofa and chairs, 3 Style Wardrobe Racks, Secure Building, excellent for high profile South Georgia's premier multi purpose production space. Our studio is perfect for: - Photo shoots - Photography Workshops - Product shoots - Power Shoots -Photographers needing to meet with clients.
Studio rental Hourly rate: $35.00 (2hr Minimum)- Rentals now includes 1 strobe light with soft box or umbrella modifier
We Also offer the below add-ons if needed:
- 2 light GODOX strobe setup with stands and umbrellas for a flat rate of $30

Video Lighting- $15.00 per light. package of 4 light= $35.00
- SEAMLESS PAPER: Standard Black White or Grey is included in rental. However unlimited pulls are not allowed. Once paper is pulled down it must stay in place. We stock multiple colors of 107" seamless paper for an additional charge of $10. If you are looking for a color that we do not stock, we can purchase any color in advance of your shoot for $50.00. General Rules
Client/Renter must never leave the studio unattended. Client/Renter is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the studio itself during their stay. Natural failure of equipment such as bulbs, batteries, etc., is our responsibility. Client/Renter is responsible for the closure and security of the studio at the end of their session if unaccompanied by a studio representative from the space. Client/Renter must clean up everything, and turn off all the lights when they leave. Your booking time includes setup and breakdown and cleaning, so make sure you're out by the time you've booked out for, or there will be a charge for any additional hours if the extension was not previously discussed. No use of the lobby or Kitchenette/break for storage/setup permitted. Rental time ends when the last person in your group walks out of the studio. Please keep this in mind when planning your shoot. If you will need extra time to set up or break down, factor this into your time. Client/Renter must report damaged or missing equipment immediately. This is not a soundproof studio, and when using the facility there is a possibility of road traffic noise in the lobby area. No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio. No Smoking in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get a studio representative's consent. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. No Firearms allowed on the premises. No pets allowed without the prior consent of a Studio representative. Clients/Renters have full rights to use of photos, film, and other media from their session or shoot, unless otherwise specified. This studio is equipped with a video surveillance system outside the building, in the Lobby, studio shooting space as well as the kitchenette area. Clients/Renters give the studio the right to film and store security footage. Confetti, glitter not allowed. No occult activity allowed No Pornographic Production allowed whatsoever. Any violation of rules may result in immediate removal from the studio

Please Note: if request is approved you will receive an email confirmation along with an invoice. This invoice must be paid prior to the start of your shoot. Rental start and stop times are firm regardless late arrival. If your session exceed your time you will be ask to leave or additional time may be add if there are now bookings immediately following your rental
Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
